New builds at Jacks Point require approval from the Design Review Board (DRB) before plans are submitted for resource consent. Richard was the landscape reviewer on the DRB for 5 years and has in-house knowledge of the process.
SITE Landscape Architects has undertaken a range of designs for property owners – the approval package includes a landscape concept plan, contouring and planting plan.
We also undertake 3d visualizations of the architect’s building design and proposed landscaping required to be submitted as part of the approval.
Our designs are tailored to our client’s brief, budget and level of maintenance required.
