Willow Pond is located just north of the Jacks Point Village and adjacent to the recently developed Henley Farm. The project includes 70 medium density lots with designs for two story homes and 12 larger waterfront sections. The pond will be landscaped to provide ecological enhancement, privacy between lots and to frame views of the surrounding mountains.
We worked closely with the project architects and engineers on masterplan options to ensure that roading widths / lot access met engineering standards while providing a network of pedestrian focused lane ways and public waterfront access. We designed landscape schemes for each lot to provide livable north facing outdoor courtyards, cross lot privacy and on-site carparking.
