The project began while having a beer on the deck with our client dreaming big!
Our design transformed the rear yard from a steeply terraced garden and carpark to a center-piece for the home with a swimming pool / spa, shade cabana and lawn. Parking was relocated to the front of the property with landscaping and automated gates to complement the villa architecture.
